This year's season of the successful format "The Bachelorette" on RTL in Germany was once again full of surprises and romantic tension. One of the finalists in 2022 was 28-year-old Lukas Baltruschat. The attractive personal trainer was very popular among the viewers. They loved his open and funny way. This year's Bachelorette, Sharon also took Lukas straight to her heart. Unfortunately, in the last episode, she decided to choose the other finalist, Jan Hoffmann.

The candidate was born on 14.05.1994 and lives in Hamburg, Germany. Not much more is known about his background because Lukas tries to keep his family and his past private. However, what is known about him, is that he has a little two-year-old daughter. On his Instagram account, you can even find some pictures of her. However, her face is never seen. For example, he published a shot some time ago, which shows him as a little boy with his family in the "Wildpark Schwarze Berge“, a zoo in Germany. Behind the picture followed a picture with his daughter at the same place. He captioned the picture with: "Time Flies: At that time still played as a child myself in the "Wildpark Schwarze Berge" and today I am here with my daughter. Life is GREAT!"

For the well-trained single man, sport is the most important thing; after a motorcycle accident in 2015, in which he almost lost a leg, his eyes were opened to the importance of fitness and mental, as well as physical health. He communicates this mindset to his clients every day, as well as to his nearly 55,000 followers on Instagram. 

Lukas first received more attention after the Bachelorette show. While he fought for the heart of this year's Bachelorette Sharon and revealed more and more of his feelings to her, another, emotional side of the muscular bachelor was also seen. In addition, the viewers got to know more and more about his sympathetic and humorous nature more and more during the show.

He was lucky enough to go on many dates with the Bachelorette and have many conversations with her. His personality really stood out and was well received by Sharon and especially the viewers. But the charming 28-year-old does tell us one thing: "I have to tell you quite honestly, I think The Bachelorette and The Bachelor are the only dating formats that I personally find interesting, where I can imagine taking part". This means that there is still a small chance to have Lukas in front of the cameras. But whether that really happens is up to RTL and Lukas himself. Because despite the desire to find his great love in front of the camera in the Bachelor format, he is aware that such a journey can also be very emotional and intense. He muses: "You're there with 21, 22 women, in this case as the Bachelor, and if you then choose just one of them, you end up with 21, 20 people who, one more, the other less, go home with a broken heart. I think that's not too easy." Nevertheless, the attractive Lukas can imagine being the next Bachelor and dares to take on this challenge. Of course, the fans keep their fingers crossed and hope for a comeback of Lukas on RTL.
