Jonas Benjamin Chimezie David has been playing for the Hamburger SV since he was a teenager. The 1.90cm tall central defender was born on March 8th, 2000, and is therefore 21 years old. When he was only 5 years old, Jonas started playing soccer at Meiendorfer SV and that was only because of a boy from the neighborhood who took him to his training. Little Jonas immediately loved playing soccer! In 2013 he moved to the C-youth team at Eintracht Norderstedt, where he was noticed as a very good player and only one year later he switched to the HSV junior performance center for the 2014/2015 season. In addition, Jonas David belongs to the generation 2000 of football professionals in Germany with the two professional players Fiete Arp and Josha Vagnoman.
