In order to get to know Mark Forster privately and personally, we would be happy to welcome him to Bloggercube in the future.

Mark Forster is a German-wide well-known singer, composer, and songwriter. From 2013 until today you can find his songs on the German charts again and again, which is why every German should have heard of him. The now 39-year-old was born on January 11, 1983, in Kaiserslautern. He grew up in a German-Polish family with a younger sister, Natalie. He even dedicates a very personal song to his little sister, which Natalie moved to tears when it was released. What many don't know is that "Mark Forster" is actually just his stage name, which he gave himself. His real name is Mark Ćwiertnia, after his Polish mother. He also had his first appearances under this name, with which he was not very successful. At some point, it was probably too exhausting for him to always spell his name or to have to correct others because of the pronunciation, and therefore resorted to an artist's name. This was composed of a coincidence; At the beginning of Mark's career, someone from a record company came to his studio, which was then located on Forster Strasse in Berlin. He couldn't remember his Polish name and wrote down the street name instead. Since then there has only been Mark Forster.
The German artist did his Abitur and didn't really know what to do with him afterward. Although he has always had a certain passion for music and has been taking piano lessons since he was little, he did not head directly towards a professional music career. He first started studying law, which he dropped out of after four semesters. Then he tried studying business administration, which he completed. However, he then went into the music industry, tried his hand at being a pianist, and even wrote his first songs. From 2007 to 2009 he wrote music for several television shows, including the theme song for the show "Krömer - The International Show". Mark Forster then became really present as a singer as the lead singer of the band "Balboa", after which he was discovered and signed by the music label "Four Music".
He then released his first single as a solo singer in May 2012 and shortly thereafter, in June, his debut album “Karton”. He then landed in the charts for the first time with the song "One of these stones" by the rapper Sido, in which Mark sang the refrain. Then Mark Forster released what is probably his most famous album; "stomach and head". This album with still very well-known songs like "Au Revoir", "Flash Mich" and of course "Bauch und Kopf" marked a big breakthrough in the career of the young singer. It was in the top 10 charts in Germany and Switzerland for a long time. The hit "Au Revoir" even won three "Golden Records" and was awarded platinum status in Switzerland. Since then, things have been going pretty well for the singer and, in addition to the GQ Men of the year - Music National award, he even received the BAMBI award in the Music National category 2018, which is awarded annually by Hubert Burda Media.
The German hit singer can also be seen on television from time to time. For example, since 2015 he has been a permanent member of the jury for five seasons of the well-known Sat1 show “The Voice Kids”. He and his team even won first place twice. With his funny and likable manner, he always brought a great atmosphere to the show and distinguished himself as a very popular coach. In the adult version of "The Voice Kids", "The Voice of Germany", Mark was also a regular juror and coach.
Mark Forster was also an artist and a guest on many other German popular television programs.
A well-known trademark of the famous singer is his hat. You rarely see Mark without his cap and there's a reason for that. In an interview with "Bild", he explains how he has been reluctant to take off his cap since his teenage years and at school. Mark Forster has curls that he'd rather wear unstyled under his cap than go to great lengths to style them every morning. Age is also increasingly causing Mark to experience some hair loss and gray hair. His headgear only gives him advantages in that regard. In addition, the cap suits the 39-year-old very well and is now his trademark. Mark Forster without a cap is not Mark Forster ;)
Nobody really knows how Mark's love life is. His privacy is important to him and he tries to keep his relationships out of the public eye. However, many are sure that Lena Meyer-Landrut and Mark Forster are a couple. According to rumors, the two have been married since 2020 and have a son together. One officially However, there has not yet been any confirmation from either of them. The two met on the show "The Voice Kids", in which both were seen as coaches.
Mark Foster is always posting new things on Instagram. Only recently he was part of the peace campaign "Sound of Peace" in Berlin at the Brandenburger Gate. An unbelievable 15,000 thousand people attended the concert and more than ten million euros were raised. Mark is very committed and keeps calling on his fans and community to raise funds.
In spring 2023, Mark Forster will finally be on tour through Germany again after a long break due to the Corona Pandemic. To finally hear his catchy songs live again, tickets for his "Mark Forster Arena Tour 2023" are now available. In order to get to know Mark Forster privately and personally, we would be happy to welcome him to Bloggercube in the future.
